This may sound kind of scary to someone who doesn’t understand how it works. I know that I originally didn’t start out wanting to speak to spirits. The thought of it was pretty unsettling to me. I didn’t realize that I even had the ability to do it. Once I started learning about Psychic Development and we did practice exercises with Mediumship, I still didn’t realize I could do it. Here’s what is so interesting about how it works, I calm my mind through meditation and let thoughts or memories come flooding in. That’s basically it except they are not MY thoughts or memories!
